Mrs. Laura Moses - Counselor A-D
Mrs. Moses has been a CCPS School Counselor since 2012 working at West Middle, Sykesville Middle, and Liberty High Schools. She earned a Master of Science from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Arts from University of Maryland at College Park, with additional coursework completed at McDaniel College.
Ms. Ana Collins - Counselor E-K & ESOL
Ms. Collins started as a school counselor at Liberty High School in 2025. She earned her bachelor's degree in Psychology from Frostburg State University and earned her Master's in School Counseling from McDaniel College.
Mr. Jonathan Putt - Counselor L-Q
Mr. Putt has been a school counselor at LHS since 2013. Previously, he worked at Meade High School in Anne Arundel County for 18 years. He earned his undergraduate degree and his Master's in School Counseling at Towson University, with additional course work done at John Hopkins University.
Mrs. Caitlin Robinson - Counselor R-Z
Mrs. Robinson started as a school counselor at Liberty High School in 2022. She earned her bachelor's degree in Psychology from Towson University and master's degree in school counseling from Capella University.
